1. Delivery Areas:
We currently offer delivery services to various locations within Bengaluru Urban, Karnataka, India. To check if your area is covered, please enter your delivery address during the checkout process. If your location is not within our delivery area, we regret that we cannot fulfill your order at this time. However, we are continuously expanding our service areas, so please check back with us in the future.

2. Delivery Charges:
For orders above INR 1000, we provide free delivery within our designated delivery areas in Bengaluru Urban. Orders below this amount will incur a reasonable delivery fee, which will be clearly displayed during the checkout process. Additional charges may apply for delivery to remote or inaccessible locations. Please contact our customer support team for more information.

3. Delivery Timeframes:
Our goal is to deliver your rented furniture and appliances at the earliest convenience. Our standard delivery timeframe is within 3 to 5 business days from the date of placing your order. However, delivery times may vary based on item availability, location, and seasonal demand. Rest assured, our team will promptly contact you to schedule a delivery date and time that suits your needs.

4. Delivery Process:
Our professional delivery team will handle the transportation and setup of the rental items at your specified address. It is essential to have someone available at the delivery location during the scheduled delivery time to receive the items and sign the necessary documents. Should you need to reschedule the delivery date or time, please inform our customer support team at least 48 hours in advance.

5. Item Inspection on Delivery:
Upon delivery, we recommend thoroughly inspecting the rental items for any damages or issues. In case you notice any problems, please inform our delivery team immediately. We will promptly address your concerns. Failure to report damages within 24 hours of delivery may result in the customer being held responsible for the damages during the rental period.

6. Pickup and Return:
As your rental period comes to an end, we will schedule a pickup date for the return of the rented furniture and appliances. Our team will contact you to arrange a suitable time for the pickup. Please ensure that the items are in the same condition as they were delivered, considering normal wear and tear.

7. Late Return:
Should you wish to extend the rental period or anticipate any delays in returning the items, kindly contact our customer support team at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup date. Late returns may result in additional rental charges, and if the delay significantly impacts subsequent orders, it may affect our ability to serve other customers.

8. Cleaning and Maintenance:
During the rental period, we expect you to use the items responsibly and maintain them in good condition. Normal wear and tear are acceptable and will not result in additional charges. However, damages caused by negligence or misuse may incur repair or replacement fees.

9. Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your rental order, please contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Orders canceled within this timeframe will be fully refunded. For cancellations made after this period, a cancellation fee may apply, depending on the proximity to the scheduled delivery date.

10. Force Majeure:
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, severe weather conditions, or any other force majeure event that affects our ability to deliver or collect rental items, we may need to reschedule delivery or pickup. We will make every effort to keep you informed and minimize any inconvenience caused.
