Return & Refunds Policy for

1. Order Modification:
You have the flexibility to modify your order items up to one day before the scheduled delivery date. To request modifications, you can reach out to us through our customer helpline, website/app chat, or email. It's important to note that modifying your order might result in changes to the delivery date and time. Additionally, the rent and deposit will be automatically adjusted based on the prevailing rates at the time of your order modification. After confirmation, your monthly rental amount will be calculated based on the newly chosen items.

As a customer and party to the rental contract, it is essential to notify if you wish to shift your rented products from the original delivery address to a different location. In case of relocation assistance, please contact us at least two weeks before the relocation date or raise a relocation request via the customer dashboard for further assistance.

2. Order Cancellation:
You can cancel your order up until one day before the agreed delivery date without incurring any extra cost. However, once the products have been delivered, the order cannot be canceled.

3. Returns at the Time of Delivery:
While all our products undergo strict quality checks, we understand that there might be instances where you are not satisfied with the product's condition due to defects or non-functionality. In such cases, you may return the products at the time of delivery. Please note that exceptions may be considered in valid cases or circumstances if notified during delivery. However, once our team has exited your premises after successful confirmation of delivery, the return option will no longer be available. We advise customers to review the specified dimensions of the products before placing an order, as item rejection based on dimensions will not be eligible for return.

4. Early Termination of Rental Subscription:
If you wish to close your rental subscription before the committed tenure, you can request closure for one or all your items by informing us at least 7 days before the selected preferred date. Please note that early closure charges will apply since the products will be returned before the end of your chosen tenure. To raise a closure request, you can log in to your account, click on 'New Request,' and choose 'Close Subscription.' Select the products you want to return and choose a return date as per your convenience.

To avoid early closure charges, you have two alternatives:
a) Transfer your subscription to someone else.
b) Continue your current subscription from one of our operational cities if you are relocating.

5. Early Closure Charges:
The early closure charge is calculated based on your selected tenure and the category of products you have rented. The charge payable is a multiple of your monthly rent, as determined by the current tenure of your contract. For the exact amount payable at any time, please refer to your customer dashboard or contract.

6. Refundable Deposit:
Upon successful quality check of your rented products and clearance of any pending dues, we will initiate a refund process to your account. The refund will be credited within 7-9 working days to the bank account provided during the order placement. It is important to ensure that the bank account details are under the name of the customer who placed the order. If you wish to receive the refund to a different account, please contact our customer support for further assistance.

In cases of any damages to your rented products, we will inspect them at our warehouse to determine a detailed breakdown of damage costs. The damage cost will then be deducted from your refundable deposit amount.
